Return Policy
Returns (Exchange or Store Credit Only)
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Such as intimates, gift cards and specified accessories.
To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
Exchanges
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval.
If your exchange is approved, you will be able to select a replacement item (subject to availability). If the replacement item is higher in value, you will be responsible for paying the difference before the exchange is processed.
Sale Items
Sale items, discounted items, and items marked “final sale” cannot be exchanged.
Refunds
Hendriks does not offer refunds. All eligible returns are processed as exchanges only or, where an immediate exchange is not possible, as a store credit.
